Servant Leadership

The greatest example of servant leadership is Jesus Christ, and students are encouraged to develop their service following His example. Practical opportunities are provided every school year for students to serve. Beginning with preschool and elementary, students participate in Operation Christmas Child as they fill shoeboxes with Christmas gifts. Middle school students participate in an annual Rake-a-thon during the fall. High school students participate in numerous local service events and foreign mission trips. All of these activities focus on the development of servant leadership.
Our school motto is "Educating Christian Leaders for Life." It is through the various service activities that students learn about servant leadership. They are challenged to think about genuine leadership which serves others in a way that honors the Lord and brings glory to His name. Many of our alumni are actively serving in numerous and varied leadership opportunities throughout the United States and around the world. It starts in small ways with the youngest of students and develops as they progress toward high school graduation.
